Hay Kiran,
Can u please let me know, if I will 301 redirect my old site to new one
1) Will my new site get my old site's SERP rankings and page rank.
2) How to remove old url from google keeping SERP rankings intact on the new url?

If 301 redirect is implemented properly, then Google with time will forget about the old site and will definitely update indexes to point your new site.
NOTE: Please make sure that all of the pages which are there in Google index are redirected properly to the new site.
